Rocking the Reeboks

Have you seen these commercials?? Rear views of women bopping around in short-shorts and shaking their tail feathers to music? Oh...AND they are wearing tennis shoes. Reeboks maybe??

I needed to do some research if shoes can make me have a rear like that!

I finally went today and bought the Reebok Easytone shoes that promise to work out my legs and rear end. The advertisements tell me that just by putting my new shoes and walking around I am improving my muscle tone in my hamstrings, calves and glutes up to 28%. I suddenly feel like walking to get the mail. Ooh, or maybe I should go walk to get the mail. Maybe I'll walk to get my neighbors' mail, too. My friend, Ashley, thinks I should start to be a "mall walker" with the old ladies that go at 5oo am. One problem with the mall walking idea...our mall is so small I would have to do 100 laps!

So back to the Easytones...these are an awesome invention! After I bought my shoes I wore them out of Lady Foot Locker and continues to shop. I only had 2 more short stops to make and by the time I left the jewelry store I felt like I had just walked up a large hill. My tush muscles were definitely sore and I was very happy to get to the car to sit down.

In comparison, I would much rather wear my cute and sassy Reeboks as opposed to the other brand that looks (to me) like moon boots. I know everyone has their own taste and sense of style but I would much rather wear shoes that I can feel working my heiney and not have everyone that looks at me know what I am up to. My Reeboks do have 3 pods on the bottom of each shoes but I don't feel lie I am wearing platform shoes or like I have orthotic shoes on.
